Purchased new a Grand Design 5th wheel in 2019, love our RV but right from day 1 had issues with the Auto Levelling system. Original dealer didn't find or fix the problem, another RV repair shop tried in 2020 but that failed to work as well, we were getting frustrated to say the least.Grampa's RV was recommended to us, gave them a try and "HOORAY", a shop that diagnosed the issue properly, stuck by their quote and we are now HAPPY CAMPERS!! Many thanks to Richard, Jon and all the staff, you guys KNOW what you are doing, would recommend them to anyone looking for RV repairs......

My first experience with them but I really can't say enough about the service I received here. Mike and Richard were exceptional! There are few places today that go the extra mile to help customers. Grampa's RV Repair is one of those special places. Thank you!!!

I can’t say enough good things about them. I had a insurance claim and they were fabulous to deal with and the quality of work was better then I could have ever hoped for. Then I had a small electrical problem and they went above and beyond to help. If you have any RV problem this is definitely the place to go.

We recently went to Grampa's on the referral of a friend. We had problems with the electrical system in our R-Pod and were very happy with the service and work received. Special mention goes to Penny who is very knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended going from a 1x12 volt to 2x6 volt batteries plus a portable solar panel system. We will plan on going to Grampa's for all our RV repair and maintenance needs. Thanks, Penny!
